Athletic excellence and personal development often go hand in hand. That is why HEINZMANN supports professional boxer Hanna von Wirth on her journey in international boxing.
On September 26, Hanna visited her sponsor HEINZMANN in Schönau and took time for a special exchange with our apprentices. In an open conversation, she spoke about her path to professional boxing and the values that guide her both in the ring and in life: courage, resilience, authenticity, and the willingness to grow beyond one’s own comfort zone.
Afterwards, she continued on to Gymnasium Schönau, where she spoke with a sports performance class and an 8th-grade class about topics such as nervousness, setbacks, opportunities, and perseverance. Of course, a practical part could not be left out: with safe boxing basics and dry exercises, the students were able to get active themselves.
The visit impressively showed how sport can inspire people and convey important values for life. For Hanna, it was also a special experience to share her story outside the ring for once.
