With Girls’ Day, HEINZMANN aims to encourage young women to discover their talents in technical professions. On April 23, 2026, we invite female students to take a look behind the scenes of our company as part of our “Let’s Engineer” program.
Participants will get to know various technical apprenticeships and fields of activity at HEINZMANN and gain a practical insight into how innovation is created — from development to production.
In exchange with apprentices and our trainers, the students will learn firsthand which paths lead into technical professions and what opportunities the world of technology has to offer.
Through our commitment to Girls’ Day, we want to spark curiosity, open up perspectives, and inspire young women to pursue technology. Because diversity and new ideas are an important driver of innovation.
